Please contact VIASYS Healthcare, Respiratory Care directly to initiate or return your rental. Although Hill-Rom is delivering and picking up return rentals, no movements can be made without the authorization of VIASYS Healthcare, Respiratory Care.
Please remember you have already paid for the return freight at the time of your rental. If you contact your own freight company for the return, you will incur the additional expense billed by that company.

For 3100A or 3100B, call us at 1-800-520-4368. Press 2 for Rentals.
3100A or 3100B must be crated for return. Remember to keep the crate, lid and lid clamps as you will need them for return. If you have lost or damaged the crate, another will have to be shipped to you for the return. You will be charged for the replacement crate and all shipping charges. To place the unit in the crate, simply stand the crate on end and roll the unit, face forward (the digital display should be facing you) into the crate.
DO NOT REMOVE THE CASTERS OR PEDESTAL FROM THE UNIT!
The crate must be placed on its side in order to secure the lid. Pack the non-disposable items in the crate around the unit. Do not call for a pick up until the 3100A or 3100B is crated and on the shipping dock. If you call for a pick up and the unit is not ready when the freight company arrives, you may incur additional charges.
With your 3100A or 3100B rental, start-up supplies (disposable and non-disposable) are provided. All non-disposable supplies are to be returned upon completion of your rental or you will be billed, list price, for each item.
