Due to the critical nature of the Sensormedics HFOV, all deliveries are made by either express truck or air freight. While we understand that freight charges are a concern, please keep in mind that each delivery is made in the most expedient way possible and is the only item being transported to your facility.
In order to clarify SensorMedics Partnership with Hill-Rom, VIASYS Healthcare, Respiratory Care MUST coordinate all deliveries and returns with either Hill-Rom or a representative of VIASYS Healthcare, Respiratory Care.
Please contact VIASYS Respiratory Care for all rental requests and returns as Hill-Rom will NOT deliver or return the rental without authorization from VIASYS Healthcare, Respiratory Care.
