For the department VCS - Technologies we are looking to fill the below position at the earliest opportunity:
Database Professional (m/f)
The Database Professional provides low-level solution and feature design, estimates the effort required to deliver on that design, and then builds the solution. He/She estimates its own effort and schedule because he/she works daily with all developmental contingency factors (bottom-up estimating). Coding is done based on detailed specifications. Code reviews are conducted by the Database Professional to assess the quality level of the application's features at the unit level. Reviews allow team members to share development knowledge and experience.

Tasks:
- Deliver source code based on specifications in time and in quality. Contribute to low level specifications.
- Contribute to the creation and implement the logical design of the solution.
- Code features to meet the design specifications.
- Conduct code reviews during development to share knowledge and experience.
- Develop scripts for automated deployment.
- Develop deployment documentation.

Ihr Profile:
- IT related, scientific or technical education/degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in database engineering.
- Be able to design and develop databases.
- Good trouble shooting and communication skills.
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005.
- T-SQL, XML, XSD.
- Database Design.
- Knowledge of object oriented software development.
- .NET Framework 1.1, 2.0.
- ADO.NET.
- Ability to read and understand documentation in English language.
