On June 8, 2005 Randy Thurman, Chairman, President & CEO of VIASYS Healthcare Inc. described to the worldwide financial community his initiative for the Asia Pacific region. Briefly, VIASYS would increase its investment and presence in China as well as the overall Asia Pacific region through the creation of specific leadership positions and establish a regional headquarters.
Under the guidance of Dale Eiserman, Managing Director, these two significant events have been completed. VIASYS Healthcare Hong Kong Ltd. was created and operates on behalf of VIASYS Healthcare Inc. It is the sole authorized entity representing all brands and formerly independent companies under VIASYS Healthcare Inc.
"Consolidating our operations for all of the VIASYS Strategic Business Units into one organization provides our customers and distribution partners with greater efficiency and enhanced satisfaction" states Dale Eiserman. The second completed task was the establishment of business operations at 1605B Sino Plaza. 255-257 Gloucester Road.
Represented from the Causeway Bay office is VIASYS Respiratory Care (formerly Critical Care and Respiratory Technologies) with brand names like: AVEA, BEAR, BIRD, EME, ERIC JAEGER, LYRA, MICRO MEDICAL, PULMONETIC SYSTEMS, SENSORMEDICS, VELA and VMAX. VIASYS MedSystems with brand names like: CORTRAK, NAVIGATOR and STACKHOUSE VIASYS NeuroCare with brand names like: ENDEAVOR, GRASON-STADLER, NICOLET, NICOLETONE, TOENNIES and VIKING QUEST.
